A Message to Cavendish and Proctorsville Voters from the Cavendish Town Clerk:
The Secretary of State’s Office has mailed the Vermont General Election ballot to all voters who were registered to vote by September 9, 2022. Anyone who registers to vote after that date will be automatically mailed the Vermont General Election ballot by the Town Clerk’s office.
It’s important to note that the Town of Cavendish has two ADDITIONAL ballots to be voted on which cannot be automatically mailed. One is the ballot to elect Justices of the Peace and the other is the Green Mountain Unified School District Bond Vote.
Voters need to either call the town office to request these ballots be mailed to them, pick them up at the town office or come to the polls on November 8, 2022 between 10:00 am and 7:00 pm to vote in person.
